Will we get physical photos? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer printed photos. Producing and distributing prints during the tournament would require an additional team member dedicated to printing and logistics, which would significantly increase our costs. Instead, we focus on providing high-quality digital images that you can download and print yourself whenever and wherever you like. 

Will we get a website where the team can download digital photos and videos? 

Yes! Each team that purchases a photo package will receive a private download link to their own online gallery. Remember we only offer photos and no video. 

Your gallery will include: 

• Team photo

• Individual player portraits

• Action shots

• Atmosphere photos

• Opening Ceremony

• Closing Ceremony 

All images will be available in: 

• Web resolution: perfect for sharing on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.

• High resolution: allowing you to print the photos yourself in excellent quality. 

Your gallery will remain online until at least the end of 2026, giving you plenty of time to download and share your photos. 

Will all players have action shots? 

Our goal is to photograph every player in action during the tournament. Of course, we cannot predict how each match will unfold, but under normal circumstances, every player who spends time on the field should appear in our action photos. If, despite our best efforts, a player has been missed, please let us know during the tournament. We will do our very best to capture action shots of that player during one of your following matches. 

Can we pay once we arrive in Belgium? 

The easiest and preferred option is to pay through our website https://www.dodgeandburn.be/wmh-worldcup-brasschaat. We offer several secure payment methods that are accepted internationally. If necessary, it is also possible to pay in cash during the tournament, although this is not our preferred method. Please note that the payment must be made as a single team payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept separate payments from individual players.  

 

Can we order individueal player photos?

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer individual player packages. With more than 130 teams participating in the tournament, it is simply not practical for us to accommodate individual requests while ensuring consistent coverage for everyone. Our photographers work on a team-based schedule. When a team books a photo package, one of our photographers is assigned to follow that team. This allows us to guarantee high-quality coverage and an efficient workflow throughout the tournament.
